CHARTER Awards is a service of CHARTER MANUFACTURING. This program is provided for all eligible employees of CHARTER MANUFACTURING. All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Eligibility:
Eligibility for the CHARTER MANUFACTURING. CHARTER Awards Program is limited to CHARTER MANUFACTURING Retired employees. No credit, transfer, or redemption of Award is available after eligibility is severed.
Changes and Disputes:
CHARTER MANUFACTURING reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
CHARTER MANUFACTURING reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of awards, the availability of awards, the terms, and conditions of the program will be resolved by CHARTER MANUFACTURING at its sole discretion.
Participation Enrollment:
Each eligible retiree is automatically enrolled in the CHARTER Award Program and will use their Unique Registration Key to gain access to the CHARTER MANUFACTURING Award website.
Claiming a Reward:
1. CHARTER MANUFACTURING reserves the right to modify catalog items available in the Award online catalog at any time and without notice.
2. Catalog items are subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Termination of Program:
CHARTER MANUFACTURING reserves the right to terminate the CHARTER Award Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Award must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.
Privacy Notice:
